Always Be Improving Diary

The only constant in life is change. I want to improve my life, in line with what's important to me.
This is where the rubber hits the road. This is where records are kept. The is where the objectives and the number of goals are kept, and everything is improved.
And the way it's measured is by using a diary. Improvement and also motivation. It can get difficult to keep up motivation, but I find that looking back at how far I've come helps me feel motivated to keep going. Looking back at where I started, where I've been and where I want to go can be great motivation when times get challenging- especially when priorities change.
Also having a diary helps keeping me motivated, as well as keeping on track. When I improve, at whatever speed I feel comfortable with at the time, it's nice to be able to look back and see how far I've come- or maybe review what went wrong when my plans may not have worked out....
My diary can be as simple or as complex as is convenient for me. Maybe it’s as simple as cleaning my room and keeping it clean for a period. Then maybe cleaning another room, as well as keeping my bedroom clean. Or, it could be keeping track of exercise. This way I can work on what is important to me- and improve.
It's important to keep track of, priorities. Exercise is important. Health is important. Education is important. All these things are valuable and important to keep in the front of my mind. I find that keeping a diary is a good way for me to stay on top of things that are important to me.
Also how I feel about things. I think that my feelings are a representation of what’s happened to me- and therefore are also important. When these things are written down and recorded, then they can be improved. I can look back and see what I was like, and what I did about it. Then I can evaluate if what I did worked. And many times it doesn’t work- so I try again. I learn more from my mistakes than I do from my successes- ironic, I know!!
